BIG MAN JAPAN — Funniest Promo Photo Ever?

In our first look at the 2008 Independent Film Festival of Boston, we mentioned Hitoshi Matsumoto’s outrageous monster-movie comedy Big Man Japan. Soon after, our friends at the festival sent over this press photo, possibly the funniest movie still ever distributed. (click on the image to see it full size)

We think it’s about a middle-aged guy (on the right, with the big hair) who can mash the streets of Tokyo with the best of ‘em. It doesn’t matter. There’s no way we’re missing this…
